Anderson-Queens Tennis Matches Postponed

ANDERSON, S.C. - With the Siberian Express sweeping through the southeast, Anderson University men's and women's tennis head coach Joey Eskridge has announced its South Atlantic Conference clash against Queens, scheduled for Sunday, has been postponed. A make-up date has yet to be determined.

The Trojans look to avenge regular-season setbacks to the Royals a season ago, as the Queens men's and women's tennis teams recorded identical 5-1 wins over AU in the Black and Gold's regular-season finales. The Anderson men's team was later eliminated by the Royals in the opening round of the SAC Tournament, falling to its Tar Heel State rival, 5-4.

Anderson is slated to return to the courts on Tuesday when both teams head to Mars Hill for a conference match. Those contests are scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.

NOTE: Feb. 17's postponed match with Lander has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 2:30 p.m.
