ROCK HILL, S.C.– Anderson University women's basketball senior Alexy Mollenhauer was named The South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the eighth week of the 2019-20 season.
Mollenhauer led the Trojans to a SAC road victory at Tusculum, equaling a career best 30 points while ripping down 12 rebounds. The native of Lindale, Texas, shot 58.8 percent from the floor, including 6-of-10 from three-point range.
Anderson will host SAC foe Wingate on Wednesday. Tip-off is slated for 5:30 p.m.
