ANDERSON, S.C. - The Anderson University women's soccer head
coach Julie Carlson and her coaching staff will be hosting its
Youth Soccer Camp (June 13-16 for males and females ages 7-12) and
AU Women's Soccer Elite College ID Camp (July 28-30 for female
players ages 15-18).
Youth Soccer Camp
This camp will provide a fun and enjoyable experience for all male
and female skill levels ages 7-12. They will be coached by AU
men's and women's soccer staff as well as current and former Trojan
team members. There will be fun games and activities geared to
help improve their soccer ability. This is a great opportunity for
your son or daughter to have fun and learn under great instruction
in an exciting environment.
The four-day event will be held on AU's athletic campus on the
Anderson Soccer training field, Trojan Soccer Stadium and the
Anderson University auxiliary gymnasium located at the athletic
campus.
Spots are limited; therefore all cancellations must be made
before June 1, as payments will be returned except for a $50
non-refundable fee. If cancellations are made after June 1, no
refunds will be granted; however, in specific cases refunds for
documented medical/family emergency reasons may be taken into
consideration, but are not guaranteed. Reasons must be submitted in
writing no later than seven days prior to the start of camp to
Coach Michael Zion or Coach Julie Carlson.
Elite College ID Camp
The camp will be a great insight into the daily routine and
experiences of an AU Soccer Player. The camp will mirror the
training environment of our current squad to give campers the best
possible idea of what it is like to be part of this fantastic
program. The camp will be intense, competitive and most of all,
enjoyable. The coaches' hope is to give all campers specific
feedback on how to improve and prepare for the college level,
specifically at the NCAA Division II level.
