WINGATE, N.C. – Anderson University women's basketball moves into the rankings in the eighth slot after going 2-0 over the weekend.

The Trojans opened their season with a win over nonconference opponent Flagler, 82-63, and defeated Clayton State on its home court, 80-60, to finish out play in the Conference Challenge.

Anderson opens its home slate on Friday when it hosts Young Harris. Tip-off is slated for 7 pm.
