ANDERSON, S.C. -- The Anderson College athletic department held its annual athletic honors night Tuesday at the Henderson Auditorium on the AC campus. Each sport presented two awards, and Anderson's championship teams and All-CVAC athletes were recognized. The event also featured the first-ever presentation of the Anderson-Erskine Cup Sponsored by ARAMARK. Erskine athletic director Mark Peeler presented the Cup to Anderson athletic director Bobby Beville for AC's 19-13 victory in the competition. LaShonda Chiles of the women's basketball team received the Ed Oxford Memorial Award, which is presented annually to AC's athlete of the year.
