ANDERSON, S.C. -- Amanda Tinker scored two goals to lead Erskine to a 2-0 victory over Anderson University in a Conference Carolinas match Tuesday at Smethers Field. The victory improves Erskine to 4-9 overall and 4-2 in the conference. Anderson drops to 2-8-1, 1-5-1. Tinker scored her first goal at the 30:54 mark when she ran on to a loose ball in front of the Anderson net and blasted it into the upper right corner. Tinker's second goal came at 51:52 when she made a run on a breakaway and beat Anderson goalkeeper Calle McCallister. Jordan Lawson stopped three shots to earn the shutout in the Flying Fleet net.
