LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Earning their second All-Region honor of the year, seniors Jenna Long (Clearwater, Fla.) and Jaelyn Grimm (Cedar Park, Texas) were named to the AVCA All-Southeast Region teams as announced by the organization on Wednesday, November 29.
The AVCA All-Region team is comprised of 14 First-Team members and six honorable mention honorees for each of the eight regions. Long and Grimm were both named to the First-Team.
The AVCA's mission is to advance the sport of volleyball with AVCA coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development. Our membership includes nearly 9,000 members made up of collegiate, professional, high school, club, and youth volleyball coaches primarily in the United States. We represent women's volleyball, men's volleyball, and beach volleyball coaches, and work to increase exposure and recognition for the sport of volleyball as a whole.
