First-year head coach Abby Crumpton picked up her first victory as Anderson improved its record to 1-2. Brevard falls to 1-2. Anderson goalkeeper Kelli Whitfield made six saves to earn her first career shutout. Brevard goalkeeper Sydney Douglas also made six saves. Anderson outshot Brevard, 16-11.
