ANDERSON, S.C. -- Anderson University outfielder/pitcher Blair Carson was named to the Conference Carolinas All-Conference first team Thursday night. Carson, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound native of Anderson, made the team as an outfielder. He started all 54 regular-season games and batted .330 with 14 home runs and 50 RBI. His 14 home runs ties the school single-season record. Carson had 25 multi-hit games and 12 games with more than one RBI. Carson also made 11 appearances on the mound for the Trojans. He had a record of 3-5 with an ERA of 4.44. In 71.0 innings, he struck out 43 and walked 16.
