ANDERSON, S.C. - Anderson University head women's soccer coach Samar Azem has announced that the Trojans will host a spring mini-camp on Saturday, Jan. 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Anderson University Athletic Campus.
The cost of the mini-camp is $80 and is open to girls, ages 11-18 and is limited to the first 40 applicants.
The camp will give elite soccer players an opportunity to
prepare for the next season in a high college level training
environment and will focus on skill instruction in a competitive
environment and mirror collegiate training sessions.
Participants will train in a highly competitive environment
realistic to Anderson's own training sessions in order to enhance
the player's knowledge of the game, decision making and speed of
play necessary to succeed at the collegiate level. Every session
will include championship winning collegiate coaches as well as
current AU players who will either assist in coaching or
participate in the sessions and coach or compete in the drills.
