Women’s Soccer Boasts Statistical Leaders

ANDERSON, S.C. - The Anderson University women's soccer team continues to rank among the nation's leaders statistically in the latest release by the NCAA.

As a team, the Trojans are ranked 14th in shutout percentage, 29th in save percentage and 52nd in goals-against average among the 300 teams ranked.

Individually, junior Krystal Goss is 15th nationally with her five assists, 28th in assists per game (0.63 apg) and 56th in the country with 13 points on the season.

Senior forward Jessica Kleinberg is 29th in the nation with her two game-winning goals, while junior goalkeeper Kaitlyn Neipp ranks 36th in save percentage (0.857), 48th in total saves with 42 and is 57th nationally with a goals-against-average of 0.915.

Anderson gets back in action on Saturday at Lincoln Memorial. Kick-off versus the Railsplitters is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Harrogate, Tenn.
