Bishoff Earns All-American Status at Nationals!

EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- In her second consecutive appearance at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships, Anderson sophomore phenom Whitney Bishoff posted a school-record time en route to a 25th place finish and earning All-American status in the process. The Winder, Ga., native ran a school-record time of 21:36 in the 6K event and finished 25th out of 184 competitors at the University of Southern Indiana Cross Country Course on Saturday. Bishoff continues to set the standard, having recorded back-to-back school records with her outing at the Southeast Regional two weeks ago and improving from her 68th place finish at the NCAA Championships a year ago. "This is nationals so the field was tough," said Anderson head coach Randy Greer. "Whitney ran extremely well and I thought the southeast region was well-represented." DII All America Team
