PENSACOLA, Fla. -- Both Anderson University cross country teams finished seventh in the University of West Florida Pre-National Cross Country Meet Saturday. The Anderson men finished with 172 points in the 11-team men's race. Nathan Parsons (35:25, 19th) and Jason Bryan (35:49, 27th) led the Trojans. The Trojans had an average team time of 36:12 in the 10K event. Harding University won the men's meet with 31 points. The Anderson women finished with 183 points in the women's 10-team event. Diana Willard (23:43, 18th) and Kasey Harold (23:54, 22nd) led the Lady Trojans. The University of Tampa won the women's 6K event with 61 points. Northern Kentucky finished second, just one point behind. West Florida will be the host school for the Division II nationals in November.
