The 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams each finished eighth place for the Trojans. In the field, Simeon Respress continued his great freshman season with another great mark in the long jump, totaling 6.80m for a fourth-place finish.

"I cannot be prouder of our team with not only how they performed today, but also how they made the meet run as smoothly as possible," said coach Kevin Eagle. "We had several personal bests and one school record on the day. With hosting one of the largest meets in the southeast, our coaches, staff and athletes were able to pull off a fantastic competition for all involved."

The Trojans will be back in action on Friday (Apr. 22) as they travel to Atlanta, Georgia for the Georgia Tech Invitational. Results can be found at www.autrojans.com.
