Trojans Set Four Personal Bests at Flames Invitational

CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The Anderson University men's track and field team completed Friday's (Apr. 8) action at Lee University in the Flames Invitational with some impressive times.

Philip Quillen led the way for Anderson by setting a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 14:36.47 to finish 19th, with Spain Vaughan close behind at 14:53.11 to take 31st. Patrick Berlejung (31:13.47), Jonathan Roberts (31:33.74), and Ty Nelson (31:57.74) all set new PR's in the 10000m.

Hunter Norman finished 18th in the 400 hurdles with a mark of 1:01.59. Thomas Sutcliffe (4:08.92) and David Mahnke (4:10.91) each ran the 1500m. Zach Cannon completed the 200 dash at 23.80.
