ANDERSON, S.C. -- After tossing a complete game and picking up the win in Anderson's 8-4 upset win past 24th ranked Erskine that eliminated the Fleet on Saturday, senior hurler Brady Peele was named to the 2010 Conference Carolinas Baseball All-Tournament team, as announced by the conference office Sunday afternoon. The 5-10 native of St. George, S.C., scattered eight hits and allowed four early runs on three Erskine home runs but settled down for the 106-pitch victory. The right-hander kept the potent Flying Fleet offense that leads the nation in home runs off the scoreboard for the final six innings of the contest. Peele recorded AU's sixth complete game of the season, striking out two and issuing one walk.
