EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- Jennifer Hitt of Anderson College finished 135th in the 188-runner field at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships Saturday afternoon at the University of Southern Indiana cross country course. Hitt, a freshman from Fountain Inn, S.C., recorded a time of 24:58 in the 6K event. Chelsea Smith of Brigham Young-Hawaii won the individual title with a time of 21:33. In the team portion of the event, Adams State won its second consecutive title. Edinboro finished second, and Western State was third.
