ROCK HILL, S.C – Anderson women's tennis freshman Anna Greer has been named the South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Women's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played during the sixth week of the 2020 season, the Conference announced today.
The native of Boiling Springs, S.C., led the Trojans to a pair of wins last week, including a 6-1 SAC win over nationally ranked No. 17 Tusculum. She picked up a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles and a 6-2 win at No. 3 singles versus Tusculum, while emerging victorious at No. 1 singles (6-2, 6-1) and No. 3 doubles (7-6) versus Augusta.
This is Greer's first Player of the Week selection this season.
