Young Harris, Ga. – Anderson University women's tennis defeated nonconference opponent Young Harris, 5-2, to wrap up a solid week on Sunday afternoon at Bob and Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex.
With the win, the Trojans move to 10-3 overall while the Mountain Lions drop to 5-5 overall.
The Trojans rallied back from being down one-point following the doubles action, winning five of the six singles matches. Freshman Megan Pleasant clinched the match with a straight set victory.
Anderson returns to South Atlantic Conference action when it travels to Tusculum. First serve is scheduled for 2 pm.
