Anderson, S.C.- The Anderson University women's lacrosse team returns home to host conference opponent Lenoir-Rhyne on Wednesday. The Trojans last played at home on March 25 when they beat Catawba 21-5.
The black and gold head into Wednesday's game with an overall record of 8-6 and sit at 3-4 in the SAC after falling to No. 10 Wingate over the weekend. The Bears from LR head into the mid-week game with an overall record of 6-8 while being 5-2 in the conference after defeating Tusculum 7-5 on Saturday.
Anderson currently sits at sixth in the South Atlantic Conference standings behind UVA Wise. Lenoir-Rhyne is in the fourth spot behind Wingate, Newberry, and Limestone.
First Draw is set for 4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon at Spero Financial Field.
