CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- The Anderson University women's golf team has continued to gain national attention as they were ranked No. 7 in the Mizuno/WGCA Preseason Coaches Poll as released by the organization on Friday, September 1.
The Trojans were present on the national stage at the 2023 NCAA Championships as they just missed out on the medal-match round, finishing tenth as a team in the stroke play portion of the tournament. They are the highest ranked South Atlantic Conference team with Limestone and Wingate joining them in the top-25, as they rank No. 13 and 16, respectively.
Anderson opens their season in just over a week as they host their season-opening tournament at the Links at Stoney Point on September 11-12.
