Women's Golf Ranked No. 5 In First Mizuno/WGCA Poll of Spring

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.  – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the first poll of the 2024 spring season.

The Trojans checked in at No. 5 in the poll, a two position jump from their ranking entering the fall season, while picking up a first-place vote in the poll. Nova Southeastern topped the rankings with 10 of the 13 available first-place votes with Dallas Baptist, Findlay and Indy occupying the other three spots in front of the Black and Gold. Anderson was the highest ranking of the two South Atlantic Conference schools featured in the poll as Wingate sits 19th in the rankings.

Anderson is currently competiting with some of the top ranked teams in the country in the Lady Moc Classic hosted by Florida Southern in Lakeland, Fla. at the Grasslands Golf and Country Club.
