ANDERSON, S.C. -- Ellen Steele and Kayla Williams hit home runs to lead Anderson University to a 6-5 victory in the second game and a sweep of Limestone in a CVAC doubleheader Wednesday afternoon at Smethers Field. In the first game, Anderson pulled out a 7-6 victory. The sweep improves Anderson to 11-13, 4-2 and drops Limestone to 9-12, 4-2. Maranda Sialmas had three hits in the first game for the Lady Trojans -- a two-run home run, a double, and a single. Christans Woolgar led Limestone's offense. She was 4-for-4 in the first game and 3-for-4 in the second game.
