NEW ORLEANS - The Anderson men's cross country team remained 10th in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) DII Regional Rankings, as released Tuesday afternoon.
The Trojans, who were unranked in the preseason and first two weeks of the regular season campaign, moved into the regional poll last week and held onto the spot.
AU joined fellow South Atlantic Conference members Mars Hill and Queens, which are still ranked fifth and ninth, respectively. The Peach Belt Conference has five ranked squads, while the SAC boasts three and Conference Carolinas has two ranked teams, including top-ranked Mount Olive.
The Trojans are slated to get back in action at the Royals CC Challenge, hosted by Queens University of Charlotte, on Friday.
