ANDERSON, S.C. – Alexandria Braithwaite of the Anderson University women's tennis team and Logan Gaddis of the men's lacrosse team have been selected as the Jimmy John's Athletes of the Week.
Braithwaite, a sophomore from Oakville Ontario, Canada, had a solid week for the Trojans. Playing in the No. 2 singles position, Braithwaite went undefeated in two conference matchups while posting a 1-1 record in doubles action.
A senior from Norcross, Ga., Logan Gaddis recorded 11 points in two South Atlantic Conference wins. He totaled four goals and two assists in AU's 29-11 victory over Tusculum and two goals, three assists in the Trojans' 12-5 win over Coker. He also tallied three ground balls and forced two turnovers in the competitions. Gaddis won SAC Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the week for these contributions.
