ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson University Director of Tennis, Joey Eskridge, has released his Men's and Women's 2024 Tennis schedules.
The 2023 Anderson Men's Tennis team finished its season (14-5, 9-3 SAC) earning a fourth-place finish in SAC regular season play. The Trojan were defeated by Limestone, 4-1, in the quarterfinals.
The 2023 Anderson Women's Tennis team finished the season (15-5, 9-3 SAC) finishing fourth overall in the SAC regular season. The Black and Gold were just edged out in the SAC Quarterfinals by Catawba, 4-3.
This year's schedule features seven home matches. The Black and Gold will host two of the nonconference opponents, Converse and USC Sumter (men). Anderson will also play host to conference opponents Lenoir-Rhyne, Lincoln Memorial, UVA Wise, Mars Hill, Newberry and Wingate.
The Trojans are scheduled for 10 road trips. Nonconference travels plans include Columbus State, Erskine (women), Columbia, and USC Sumter while the conference itinerary involves Coker, Tusculum, Carson-Newman, Limestone, Emory & Henry, and Catawba.
Anderson opens the 2024 home slate on Tuesday, February 6th against Converse. First-serve for both the men and women is 2 pm at the AU Tennis Complex.
