Women’s Basketball Welcomes Hannah Hodges to the Class of 2016-17

ANDERSON, S.C. - After winning its second regular season title in a row and third in the past four seasons, Anderson University women's basketball program has announced the signing of prep standout Hannah Hodges, signing a letter of intent to play for the Black and Gold beginning in the Fall of 2016.

High School: Legacy Early College High School

During her senior year, the Simpsonville, S.C. native averaged 11 points and eight rebounds per game, highlighted by a 26 point, 11 rebound performance against Comenius. Legacy Charter finished runner-up in the USA National Prep Basketball Championship.

Hodges will be joining guards Madison Baggett, Makayla Green and Alexy Mollenhauer who committed to play for the Trojans back in November.

Anderson claimed its second straight regular season SAC title and second straight trip to the NCAA Women's Basketball DII Tournament. In 2015, the Trojans advanced to the Sweet 16 while advancing to the round of 32 a year ago.
