ANDERSON, S.C. -- Anderson's men's lacrosse team welcomes No. 14 Lander on Saturday at noon for its final non-conference game of the season.
"We're excited to end the out-of-conference slate against a great team in Lander," said head coach Albert Mitchell. "This has been a great rivalry that's developed between two young programs that are less than an hour away."
The series between the Trojans and Bearcats is even at one, with AU claiming last year's game (14-9) on the road and Lander coming out on top in 2022, 15-7.
"Both past editions of this game have been fast, close, and emotional games. I expect nothing different tomorrow."
Anderson enters the weekend off a 13-9 victory over South Atlantic Conference foe, Lincoln Memorial. Lander travels to Spero Financial Field after a 15-10 defeat to No. 18 Florida Southern.
Following Saturday, the Trojans host Tusculum on Tuesday for a conference match-up at 7pm.
