ANDERSON, S.C. -- The Trojans are back at Spero Financial Field this Saturday (March 9) for the first of four-straight games on home turf. Anderson (2-3) hosts No. 18 Florida Southern (3-2) for a 3 PM faceoff.
"We're excited to get back on home turf against a great time," said head coach Albert Mitchell. "We're getting better in all phases of the game, and I think it's going to be fun to watch us take another step forward."
The Black and Gold enter the home stint after back-to-back road defeats against No. 1 Lenoir-Rhyne and No. 2 Rollins. The Mocs travel to South Carolina after a 19-10 midweek victory over Belmont Abbey at home.
The series between Anderson and Florida Southern is tied at one, with AU winning last year's match-up in Florida, 19-15.
Following Saturday, the Trojans will host Lincoln Memorial on March 13 for the home conference opener at 7 PM.
