HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Anderson University's Whitney Bishoff has been selected as the NCAA Division II Conference Carolinas women's cross country Runner of the Week for week number seven in the 2008 season. This is the third consecutive week and fourth time this year that Bishoff, a native of Winder, Ga., has won the award taking the honors also in week three, week five, and week six. Bishoff finished second in the Trojan Invitational at the Civic Center of Anderson course. Her time of 18:55 was her second-fastest time of the season. Her finish helped Anderson to a seventh place finish out of 11 teams.
