AUBURN, Ala. -- Whitney Bishoff of Anderson University won her third individual title of the fall at the Auburn University Tiger Invitational at the Indian Pines Golf Course Saturday morning. Running in the Blue 5K race, Bishoff, a freshman from Athens, Ga., toured the course in 18:08 to finish 15 seconds ahead of Jenean Corcoran of Troy. The Anderson women finished seventh in the 10-team field. Columbus State won the team title with an average time of 18:58. In the men's race, Nate Parsons finished fifth in the men's Blue 8K race. Parsons recorded a time of 25:35 in the event. Robert Gunn of Alabama State won the individual title with a time of 24:31. Alex Jordan (21st, 26:15) finished in the top 25 for AU. With just four runners, the Anderson men did not post a team score. Columbus State also won the men's race.
