Women's Tennis Team Beats Converse, 6-3

ANDERSON, S.C. -- Anderson University won two doubles points and picked up a split set victory at No. 2 singles to beat Converse College 6-3 Thursday afternoon at the Max Grubbs Memorial Courts. Anderson, 1-1 this spring, led 2-1 after doubles then picked up victories at No. 2, No. 3, No. 5, and No. 6 singles. At No. 2 singles, Anderson's Jessica McDonald beat Ive Jardin, 7-6, 6-7, 10-6.
