ANDERSON, S.C. -- Anderson College's Angie Boyd recorded a three-set victory over Virginia Jones of Converse at No. 6 singles to give the Lady Trojans a 5-4 non-conference victory Monday afternoon at the Max Grubbs Memorial Courts. Anderson, 7-6 overall, led 2-1 after doubles. After Anderson's Ashley Williamson won in straight sets at No. 5 singles to give the Lady Trojans a 4-3 lead, Boyd provided the clinching point with a 2-6, 6-2, 6-2 victory over Jones.
