SENIOR IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Senior Spencer Snow looks to continue a strong recent run of matches. The Simpsonville, S.C. native has posted 2 wins in both singles and doubles in the last 3 team matches. Pairing with Patrick Cronin at the No. 3 doubles spot, the team has three wins on the season. In the singles, Snow posted wins over Lenoir-Rhyne and Limestone, with the former clinching the team match.

  • The Cavaliers started the season a perfect 7-0, but have dropped 8 of their last 10 matches for a 9-8 overall record.
  • The No. 1 singles spot is where UVA Wise has had the most success in the lineup. A trio of different players have combined at the position for 11 victories.
  • In doubles, the Cavs have changed doubles teams multiple times this year, but found success at the No. 1 spot in the fall season. Miguel De Rueda and Gustavo Marangoni teamed for a 6-match win streak in September and October.
