ANDERSON, S.C. - The Anderson College men's tennis team won its first CVAC match of the season with a 9-0 rout of Longwood Sunday afternoon at the Max Grubbs Memorial Courts. Anderson, 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the CVAC, did not lose a set in the match and lost just 27 games in six singles matches. Singles - Karan Doctor (AC) d. Diego Quiros, 6-0, 6-0; Gabor Boczonadi (AC) d. Paul Peterson, 6-0, 6-0; Sid Sudhakar (AC) d. Chris Newman, 6-4, 6-3; Olof Hallstrom (AC) d. Chip Howard, 6-3, 6-4; Charl Botha (AC) d. Ian Young, 6-3, 6-4; James Fitzgerald (AC) d. Matt Graham, 6-3, 6-3. Doubles - Doctor-Botha (AC) d. Howard-Quiros, 8-5; Boczonadi-Sudhakar (AC) d. Peterson-Young, 8-4; Hallstrom-Fitzgerald (AC) d. Graham-Newman, 8-4.
