ANDERSON, S.C. -- The Anderson College-Clemson University women's exhibition game on Tuesday, Nov. 1, will be broadcast live by WCCP-FM 104.9 FM. Air time is 6:45 p.m. and the tip-off is set for 7 p.m. Cruise Control co-host Dan Scott will handle the play-by-play and Anderson College sports information director Cobb Oxford will provide color commentary. The exhibition will be the debut for both head coaches -- Jeff Dow of Anderson and Christie McKinney of Clemson. Anderson, 33-3 last season, has been picked by the Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Conference coaches as the favorite in the 2005-06 league race. Anderson received 10 of 11 first-place votes. The Lady Trojans are led by '04-05 CVAC Female Athlete of the Year and CVAC Player of the Year LaShonda Chiles and All-CVAC second-team pick Deidra Langston. Chiles was one of the top scorers in Division II at 22.8 points per game. Langston, the leader of Anderson's pressure defense, averaged 15.8 points per game last season.
