Rhoads Named Assistant Women's Coach

ANDERSON, S.C. - Devon Rhoads, a former student assistant coach and manager for the Colorado State women's basketball team, has been named assistant women's basketball coach at Anderson College, AC head coach Jeff Dow announced Tuesday afternoon. "The past two years I have had the opportunity to work with Devon at Colorado State where he contributed to our program in a variety of ways," Dow said. "He was able to gain experience in assisting us with on-court drills, administrative duties, and videotape editing of our opponents. He is a tireless worker who will bring a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm to the Anderson College women's basketball program." Rhoads graduated from Colorado State in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in natural sciences and psychology. As a volunteer for the Colorado State program, he coordinated camps, edited game, practice, and camp films; set up practices, and helped with team travel.
