INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Even though they won their lone outing last week, the Anderson University Lady Trojans dropped from No. 3 to No. 4 in the NCAA Division II East Region poll. Glenville State remained in the No. 1 spot. East Stroudsburg is No. 2, Barton is No. 3, Anderson is No. 4, and Pfeiffer is No. 5. The second five are St. Andrews Presbyterian, Pittsburgh-Johnstown, Indiana (Pa.), West Liberty State, and California (Pa.). The top eight in the final poll Mar. 4 will be invited to the NCAA Tournament. Anderson has played in three consecutive NCAA Tournaments. After playing host to Queens University of Charlotte Thursday night, Anderson will welcome CVAC leader Barton to the Abney Center Saturday night in a game that will have huge implications.
