"I am very happy with the team effort and energy tonight," boasted head coach Sarah Jacobs. "We did a great job of finishing chances and executing set pieces. We look forward to building on this performance."

Junior Emma Deadwyler punched in the pass from Keuffer in the 47th minute, after a scramble in front of the goal, as did junior Kristen Cole in the 52nd minute. Just two minutes later (54:20), Woods capped off her second career goal for the Trojans to put the match out of reach.

The Black and Gold travel to nonconference opponent North Georgia (Peach Belt Conference) on Saturday. Kick-off is slated for 5 pm.
