FLORENCE, S.C. - The Anderson softball team split two games in the Francis Marion Tournament Sunday. In the first game, Kristen Price had three hits in three trips, and Cindy Crosby, Caroline Rochester, and Carolyn Smith had two hits apiece to lead Anderson to a 9-3 victory over Alderson-Broaddus. Rochester broke the game open in the fourth with a bases-clearing double. In the second game, USC Spartanburg routed Anderson 13-0 in five innings. Anderson, 9-11 overall, is now 0-3 against USC Spartanburg this season. Season Statistics
