ANDERSON, S.C. -- Tolu Popoola and Douglas Nyame of Anderson College both have been named to the NSCAA NCAA Division II Southeast Region All-Region team. It is the first time in the history of the four-year program that Anderson has had players honored by the Southeast Region. Both Popoola and Nyame were named to the second team. Popoola, a junior from London England, scored eight goals and had four assists in 18 matches. Nyame, a freshman from Kumasi, Ghana, led Anderson's defense, which recorded four shutouts.
