Men's Soccer Team Ranked No. 8 In Regional Poll

MISSION, Kan. -- Thanks to the 2-0 upset of Mount Olive last Saturday, the Anderson College men's soccer team is ranked No. 8 in this week's NSCAA/adidas Southeast poll. Anderson, 6-6 overall after Tuesday night's 1-0 loss to Presbyterian, is one of five CVAC schools in the poll. USC Upstate is ranked No. 1 followed by North Carolina Pembroke, Mount Olive, Clayton State, Lander, Queens (N.C.), Lees-McRae, Anderson, and St. Andrews Presbyterian. Francis Marion and North Georgia round out the poll in a tie at No. 10. Anderson is 2-1 against teams ranked in the poll. Anderson's next action is Saturday at Coker.
