Anderson Eliminates Erskine From CVAC Tournament

WILSON, N.C. -- Kyle Lewis and Jessie Whiteside drove in four runs apiece and Anderson University collected 22 hits to beat Erskine 16-8 in the CVAC Tournament Saturday afternoon. In the seventh, Anderson (28-30-1) scored four runs on six hits. The big hit in the inning was a two-out, two-run single by John Mac White. In the eighth, Lewis had a two-run single and Graham provided an RBI double. Anderson was led by B.J. Smith, who was 4-for-6, scored three runs, and drove in two runs.
