ANDERSON, S.C. -- The No. 14 Anderson University women's basketball team will begin the 2008 Conference Carolinas Tournament Monday night at home. The top-seeded Lady Trojans, 25-2 and winners of 18 straight, will face No. 8 Lees-McRae, one of the two teams to beat Anderson during the regular season. In the other first round games, No. 7 Pfeiffer travels to No. 2 Barton, No. 6 Queens University of Charlotte will visit No. 3 Mount Olive, and No. 5 Limestone will play at No. 4 Belmont Abbey. All three rounds of the tournament will be played at the higher seeds. The second round will be played Thursday night and the championship game will be played Saturday.
