Trojans Roll Past Fleet, 3-0

DUE WEST, S.C. -- Anderson University scored two goals in the second half to pull away for a 3-0 victory over Erskine in a Conference Carolinas match Tuesday night. Anderson, 7-10 overall and 5-5 in Conference Carolinas, won for the third time in its last four outings. The loss drops Erskine to 6-10-2, 3-5-1. Jaime Henao scored Anderson's first goal five minutes into the match. Paulo Passini scored Anderson's second goal just three minutes into the second half. Passini, a sophomore from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, now has a team-leading six goals this season. Anderson's third goal came in the 67th minute when Stephon Henry hit a cross that was finished by Lahnden Onger. The victory also gives Anderson three points in the annual Beville Cup competition.
