Rock Hill, S.C. – Anderson University softball junior Gracie Williams earned SAC AstroTurf Player of the Week for games played during the tenth week of the season.
Williams helped lead the Trojans to a 1-1 record over Carson-Newman this past weekend. Overall, the Belton, S.C., native averaged a .667 batting average, going 4-for-6 from the plate with a 1.667 slugging percentage, three RBI's, two runs scored and two homeruns. This is William's first Player of the Week honor of the season.
Anderson travels to SAC foe Lincoln Memorial on Wednesday. First-pitch of the doubleheader is slated for 2 pm.
