DUE WEST, S.C. – Anderson University men's tennis defeated nonconference rival Erskine, 9-0, to earn a valuable point towards the Beville Cup on Monday afternoon at the Sloan-Cox Courts.
The victory moves the Trojans to 9-4 overall and their fourth straight win.
Due to potential afternoon storms, the players each played one pro-set instead of the traditional best 2-of-3.
The Black and Gold continued its solid play taking a point at every flight.
Anderson returns home to host SAC opponent Mars Hill on Wednesday. First-serve is slated for 1 p.m.
