Men’s Tennis Uses Doubles Sweep to Propel them to Victory over Lenoir-Rhyne; 7-2

ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson University men's tennis continues its solid play defeating South Atlantic Conference opponent Lenoir-Rhyne, 7-2, on Saturday afternoon at the AU Tennis Complex.

The Trojans sweep the doubles portion, 3-0, while dropping the first two singles matches to bring the score to 3-2 with the final four matches in play.

Juniors Tomas Depiaggio and Hufelder Duarte, sophomore Preston Morpeth and freshman Simon Wilson ran the table on the final four matches setting the final score at 7-2.

Anderson remains at home to host SAC foe Queens on Sunday. First-serve is slated for 2 p.m.
