Wednesday. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the WU Tennis
Facility.

ANDERSON MEN'S OVERVIEW
• The Trojans were picked preseason No. 4 and are currently
tied for N0. 3 in SAC play.
• In singles play, Inaki Irriberri has posted a 9-4 overall
record.
• In doubles action, Paul Michael Calhoun has earned a 9-4
overall record. Junior Nicolas Ascarrunz stands at 6-2.
• The Trojans are 2-3 when playing away from their home
courts.
ANDERSON WOMEN'S OVERVIEW
• In singles play, Rebecca Bruning has earned a 14-2 overall
record while recording a 5-0 combined record for the week. Bruning
was recently ranked No. 45 in the ITA National Singles Rankings and
is currently ranked No. 10 in the Southeast Region.
• Freshman Jennifer Holcombe has posted a 9-6 overall record
in singles action while earning a 6-4 in doubles play.
• Ivey Welborn and Bruning are currently the ninth ranked
doubles tandem in the Southeast Region.
• Ebner holds an impressive 12-5 overall record in doubles
play while picking up her 10th singles victory of the year against
Carson-Newman on Friday. Ebner was an overall 4-2 during this past
week.
WINGATE MEN'S OVERVIEW
• Have reached the SAC title match the past seven years in a
row claiming the title the past two seasons.
• The Bulldogs are ranked No. 48 in the nation while earning a
No.6 Southeast regional ranking.
• Wingate was picked preseason No. 1 in the SAC.
• Connor Kudrick and Sebastian Hall are ranked No. 6 in the
Southeast Region.
WINGATE WOMEN'S OVERVIEW
• The Bulldogs have won three straight last losing to
nonconference opponent Pfeiffer, 5-4, March 15th.
• Wingate is currently ranked No.38 in the nation while
holding No. 6 Southeast Region ranking.
• Teammates Caroline Holland, Sydney Homan and Layla Tanik
have each won 10 singles matches this season.
• Doubles partners Claudia DeAndreis and Sydney Homan have
posted a 7-3 overall record on the year.
• The tennis teams are led by ninth year head coach Michael
Cabana.
