HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- Denton Moore shot a 71 to lead Anderson College to a 297 in the first round of the Coker Intercollegiate Monday at the Hartsville Country Club. The 297 score was Anderson's best of the fall and put the Trojans in fourth place. Moore's 71 is the lowest score carded by an AC player this fall. Following Moore for the Trojans were Kurt Owings and Clay Williamson, who both shot 75, and Brad Eskierka with a 76. The final round will be played Tuesday morning.
